No Knead Bread

3 cups warm water

1 1/2 tablespoons yeast

1 1/2 tablespoons coarse salt

6 1/2 cups all purpose unbleached flour

all the flour needs to be wet, but no over-mixed

place this container in a warm area and let it rise for 2 hours

put the container in the refrigerator overnight, the dough will have a better flavor.

pull off a hunk of the dough, shape it into a ball, let it rise on parchment paper in a bowl for 40 minutes,

preheat the oven with the dutch oven and lid in the oven at 450F

take out the dutch oven, place the parchement paper with the dough in the dutch oven.

put in oven for 30 minutes,

then remove lid of dutch oven, and bake for about 20 minutes more.

Onion, cut into 1cm thick slices, larger outer rings used
Panko bread crumbs
½ cup plain flour
¼ cup corn flour or corn starch
2 tsp oat flour
1 egg
½ cup water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
Oil for shallow frying

10 ripe but firm peaches
1 lemon, juiced
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon or pinch ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
3 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces

以上をミキサーにかけ、チキンを一晩マリネ

グリッツ 1カップ

カスタードクリーム

卵黄 3個
砂糖 80g
小麦粉 30g
ミルク 300cc

1 卵黄と砂糖を白っぽくなるまで混ぜる
2 ミルクを沸騰手前まで温める
3 1に小麦粉を入れ2を入れて焦がさないよう混ぜる とろみがついたら冷やす
